NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Cascade Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 9:00 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex located at 325 2nd Avenue North, Great Falls, MT 59401, and via Zoom (an online platform).  The Board will consider the Preliminary Plat Application for Foothills Ranch No. 4, a major subdivision. The proposed subdivision consisting of 58 residential lots. The legal description is Parcel Nos. 2645600, 2644500, and 2626000, having Geocodes 02-3016-24-1-01-01-0000, 02-3016-23-1-01-01-0000, and 02-3016-13-3-01-01-0000, being in Section 13, Section 23, and Section 24, in Township 20 North, Range 4 East, PMM, Cascade County, MT.

Supplementary materials are on file for public inspection at the office of the Cascade County Planning Department, 121 4th St N, Suite 2 H/I, Great Falls, MT 59401.
