MCA 49-2-312 prohibits discrimination based on a person's vaccination status or possession of an immunity passport.
The City-County Health Department does not unlawfully refuse, withhold from, or deny to any person services, goods, facilities, advantages, privileges, educational opportunities, health care access, or employment opportunities, or discriminate against a person in compensation or in a term, condition, or privilege of employment, based upon a person's vaccination status or whether the person has an immunity passport.

Please bring your insurance card, if you have one. Without insurance, we are still able to give Covid shots for all ages, flu shots for all ages, and RSV shots for children (but not adults).
Pregnant women must bring a letter from their healthcare provider recommending immunization.
RSV immunization eligibility:
Age 60 and older
Babies 6 months and under
American Indian and Alaska native babies 8 months and under
Babies 6-8 months old with conditions placing them at high risk for severe illness
Women 32-36 weeks pregnant, with a healthcare provider’s written recommendation
Please do not sign the forms at home. Print the form and sign it in the presence of CCHD staff.

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children up to the age of 5, no matter their family’s income. The Cascade County program is supported in part by the Treasure State Foundation.
Children up to age 4.5 may be enrolled to receive a free book every month. Click here to register!
