The City-County Health Department does not refuse, withhold from, or deny to any person services, goods, facilities, advantages, privileges, educational opportunities, health care access, or employment opportunities, or discriminate against a person in compensation or in a term, condition, or privilege of employment, based upon a person's vaccination status or whether the person has an immunity passport.

The new monovalent COVID-19 immunizations will be available at all clinics, while supplies last. You must bring your COVID-19 immunization card and insurance card.
At the walk-in clinic on 9/27, we will have new Pfizer doses for those with insurance, and a very limited supply of new Moderna doses only for adults without insurance or whose insurance does not cover Covid immunization. Medicaid does not cover COVID-19 immunization.
In 2023, Raising Readers of Cascade County launched Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in Cascade County!
Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children up to the age of 5, no matter their family’s income. The Cascade County progam is supported in part by the Treasure State Foundation.
Children up to age 4.5 may be enrolled to receive a free book every month. Click here to register!
