The Cascade County Planning Division is proposing substantial revisions to the current Cascade County Zoning Regulations. The Planning Division held a public hearing with the Planning Board on March 26, 2019 at 4:30 PM at the Family Living Center of the Montana Expo Park at 400 3rd St NW, Great Falls, MT 59404. This meeting was held to provide an opportunity for the public to be heard and to request recommendation to the Commission by the Planning Board on the proposed revisions. The meeting materials (agenda, staff report, appendices, maps, and public comments can be found here or in the section provided below. At this time, a future planning board hearing for the proposed zoning regulation revisions has not been scheduled. The next planning board meeting will be held on Tuesday April 16th, 2019. The public is encouraged to submit data, views, and arguments, orally or in writing for or against the proposed revisions to the Cascade County Zoning Regulations.
