The Cascade County Planning Division is proposing substantial changes to the current Cascade County Zoning Regulations. The Planning Division will hold a public hearing with the Planning Board on February 19, 2019 at 9 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex (325 2nd Ave North, Great Falls, MT) to allow for the presentation of oral comments regarding the proposed changes. Planning anticipates holding a subsequent Planning Board hearing in March at which point a recommendation to the County Commission from that body will be requested. A location, date, and time for future meetings addressing the revisions have currently not been set and will vary depending on level of public interest, but will be noticed in the Great Falls Tribune, the Planning Division's website, and on this page.
