COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE CENTER: The CHCC is a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center focusing on providing high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental and behavioral health care. The CHCC is funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Primary Health Care.

Family Services is working to enhance the health and safety of the families in our community. We work toward this goal with educational efforts, screenings and the services we provide. Our programs include:
WIC-Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children Maternal and Child Health Programs such as Parents as Teachers, Home Visitation, Suicide Prevention, Oral Health Education, and Follow the Child Safe Kids Cascade County/Buckle Up Montana Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Program
Prevention Services works to prevent disease and injury in our community, promote healthier choices and behaviors, prepare and respond to public health emergencies, investigate disease outbreaks and provide quality health information. We work toward these goals through the activities of our programs:
